Olive Street Properties, LLC is a residential redevelopment firm specializing in the revitalization of deteriorated properties in Central Philadelphia. OSP was established by Maleda Berhane in January of 2005. Prior to launching her development business, Ms. Berhane worked as a Project Engineer for 3 years and Development Manager for 1.5 years.  She received her Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University in 2000.
